This was my first time visiting Isawa Onsen. The garden had lots of koi, and I really enjoyed the “all-you-can-pack koi feed” activity. I came back again.The welcome cake was a proper cake and incredibly delicious.The tuna at dinner was also excellent.At breakfast, the grape juice was delicious.Having an Onsen in the Room was amazing—I could enjoy a morning bath, which was perfect.Thank you very much.

The building is not new and there were some retro Showa-era touches, but the service was excellent.The welcome cakes came in a wide variety, were generously sized, and delicious. Drinks included both soft drinks and wine. As rumored, the ice cream was all-you-can-eat. The Onsen eggs at breakfast were especially impressive. They seemed to be eggs from the Chateraise farm—so large that we were surprised.Since we had someone celebrating a birthday, we requested a cake in advance, and they prepared a Yatsudoki cake for us. They also provided candles and a name plate right on time, which made it a wonderful birthday celebration. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.
