Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 Initiatives by the Select Hotels Group - Comprehensive hygiene management, including daily health checks, temperature screening with non-contact thermometers upon staff arrival, handwashing, hand sanitization, and mandatory mask-wearing for all staff. - Placement of disinfectant alcohol in various areas of the Property and regular ventilation. - Disinfection and cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces. - Distribution of disposable vinyl gloves for use when taking food and beverages at buffet venues. - Installation of protective panels at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. - Management of the number of users in restaurants and Onsen to avoid overcrowding. Requests to Guests - Temperature screening with non-contact thermometers when using the Property, Onsen, or restaurant. *Guests with symptoms such as fever (37.5°C or higher), cough, or fatigue, or those who may have had close contact with infected individuals, may be denied entry. - Frequent hand sanitization using alcohol provided at various locations within the Facility. - Adherence to proper cough/sneeze etiquette. - Cooperation during usage restrictions. *To prevent overcrowding, guests may be asked to wait during busy times for entry to the bathhouse, Onsen, or restaurant.
