Start your day with a breakfast buffet featuring Maizuru specialties such as Navy Curry and Nikujaga, and enjoy dinner at the adjacent historic building "Shoueikan." Although it was a last-minute Reservation, the staff handled it pleasantly. The izakaya recommended at the front desk was excellent. The Room was easy to use, and I slept very well. The large public bath wasn’t very spacious, but it was comfortable. The breakfast soba was very delicious. I had a great stay and would like to use this property again.

The parking area was covered and located in a spot that seemed well considered for security. Another deciding factor was the large public bath—soaking in a tub really makes a difference in how much fatigue you recover from. I also had no complaints about the amenities or breakfast.

At the center, you'll find a rare 100-year-old music box that plays soothing melodies, which guests are welcome to operate by hand. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea from the coffee server located in the lobby. Our hotel features exquisite artwork throughout and offers attentive service to provide hospitality that goes beyond business expectations.
Exterior
■ What is Shoeikan? Shoeikan is the historic building where the first commander of the Maizuru Naval District, Heihachiro Togo, is said to have held banquets and stayed. It was also used as a filming location for the movie "The Hunger Strait," starring Rentaro Mikuni and Ken Takakura, and is said to be over 100 years old. All dinner Plans at Amabile can be enjoyed in this Shoeikan (directly connected to the Hotel). Please enjoy your meal in this historic space that retains the charm of the Meiji era. We also offer tailored courses for banquets and group guests. Please note that if the seating is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate same-day guests. If you are interested, we kindly ask for your cooperation in making a Reservation in advance. (*Courses require a Reservation.) ■ Business Hours Lunch (Weekends and Holidays Only) 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Last Order 1:30 PM) Dinner 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Last Order 8:00 PM) For dinner, the final entry is around 7:30 PM, and the last order for meals is until 8:00 PM.
Breakfast
One of the attractions of our facility is the breakfast buffet. The highlight of the buffet is the Matsueikan's special Navy Curry. It has a gentle flavor that won't upset your stomach in the morning. Price: 600 yen per person (free for preschool children, charged for elementary school students and above). Even if you have booked a No Meals Included Plan, you can add it at the front desk on the day.

As the closest hotel to the Maizuru Ferry Terminal, we have been favored by ferry users since our opening. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, allowing you to check in at any time without inconvenience. 3-5 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes on foot from the ferry terminal.
