- Please disinfect your hands with alcohol sanitizer upon entering the Property. - At check-in, we kindly ask for your cooperation in verifying the identity and checking the temperature of all guests staying. (Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those showing cold symptoms may be denied entry based on the instructions of the health authorities.) - Please wear a mask inside the Property, except in the dining area and public bath. (If you forget your mask, we will provide one per person at the front desk.) - Our staff strictly adhere to health management practices, including handwashing, gargling, and temperature checks. - Disposable slippers and gargling cups are provided in the Property and guest rooms. - Acrylic panels are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. - Shared spaces such as the front desk, public bath, and dining area are regularly ventilated and high-touch surfaces are disinfected frequently. - In the dining area, seating is arranged to maintain sufficient distance as a measure against crowded conditions, and restrictions on the number of people or time limits may be implemented as necessary. - In guest rooms, ventilation and disinfection of high-touch surfaces are conducted during cleaning. To reduce contact, futons are pre-laid before check-in.
