  • A wonderful Accommodation with excellent hospitality

    It was a wonderful Accommodation. The staff’s service was very pleasant and made us feel truly comfortable. Their efforts for guests and thoughtful hospitality felt warmly sincere. It is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly relax. We would love to visit again if we have the chance. It was our first time staying in Nasu, and it became a lovely memory for us. In particular, the male attendant’s lighthearted talk at dinner made everyone smile and created a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much. We also visited for an anniversary, and we were very happy to receive such a lovely gift. In fact, we just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you again for all your kindness and care. We will cherish it and use it with gratitude.

  • It was excellent.

    Wonderful hospitality, delicious food, a clean Room with lovely details in every item, and a bath at just the right temperature—everything was outstanding. The oden and sake in the relaxation area were comforting and truly heartwarming. The staff were kind to our child as well, making this an Accommodation where our whole family could unwind. We will definitely stay again.(The beautiful tissue box in the Room caught my eye at first sight, so I bought one for home after we returned.)

Kokoro no Oyado Jizai-so has been completely renovated. The guest rooms have been remodeled into modern Japanese-style rooms with the theme of "a relaxing space of nature and harmony" to provide a truly calming experience. The entrance and lobby lounge, themed as a place to convey local culture, also offer lounge services. Please enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with a view of the beautiful nature of Nasu Kogen, and indulge in a "relaxing heart."

Open-air bath

"Jizo no Yu," which is also supplied to the Nasu Imperial Villa

The refreshing air of Nasu Highlands and the ever-changing natural flow of the Onsen baths will soothe your travel fatigue. Immerse yourself in the skin-friendly Onsen and indulge in the blissful "Yunokokoro." The open-air bath here is also equipped with a jacuzzi, half-body bath, and mist sauna.

Japanese Kaiseki Cuisine

A seasonal Japanese Kaiseki meal featuring locally sourced, fresh ingredients from Nasu.

Notice from the Accommodation

  • [From October 1, 2026] Accommodation Tax will be introduced in Nasu Town.

    Starting with stays on October 1, 2026, Nasu Town will introduce an Accommodation Tax.
    This will also apply to guests staying at Jizaiso, so we would like to provide an overview of the system.

    What is the Accommodation Tax?
    The Accommodation Tax is a local tax paid by guests who stay overnight.
    The collected Accommodation Tax will be used to promote tourism in Nasu Town and improve the tourism environment.

    The following Accommodation Tax applies based on the Accommodation Fee (per person per night / No Meals Included rate):
    Accommodation Fee under JPY 10,000: JPY 100
    Accommodation Fee from JPY 10,000 to under JPY 20,000: JPY 300
    Accommodation Fee from JPY 20,000 to under JPY 30,000: JPY 500
    Accommodation Fee from JPY 30,000 to under JPY 50,000: JPY 800
    Accommodation Fee from JPY 50,000 to under JPY 100,000: JPY 1,500
    Accommodation Fee of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 3,000
    *The Accommodation Fee does not include meal charges or consumption tax.

    For stays on or after October 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the Accommodation Tax in addition to the accommodation charges.
    The Accommodation Tax collected from our guests will be used to help preserve Nasu Town’s nature and Onsen resources and pass its tourism assets on to future generations.
