I stayed here for a reunion with old friends.The baths (including the open-air bath) were excellent, and the theater performance was wonderful.Above all, it was great to relax and take our time reminiscing about the past.Everything was thoroughly cleaned, so we had a very comfortable stay.I’d love to visit again and again.I’m already looking forward to the next performance.

I regret that I didn’t have time to watch the theater performance. The Hotel was a bit dated, but it was very well cleaned. Breakfast was said in Reviews to be limited, but there were both Japanese and Western options and it was satisfying overall. It would have been nice to have one fruit option as well. I would like to stay again.

The property features a natural onsen containing radon, rare across the whole country, various relaxation spaces, numerous magazines and comics, and a theater for popular plays, evoking a modern inn town. Gather at "Biwakoza," converse, relax, and spend your time as you please.

As measures to complement the barrier-free features of our Facility, we have implemented the following: - To ensure that guests with hearing or speech impairments can use our Facility with peace of mind, we provide writing tools and a communication board at the front desk. - To ensure that guests with hearing impairments can use our Facility with peace of mind, all Rooms are equipped with remote controls and televisions capable of displaying subtitles. - To ensure that guests with mobility difficulties can use our Facility with peace of mind, we provide shower chairs in the large public bath of Biwakoza. Additionally, we offer attachable handrails for use in the bathrooms of Hotel guest Rooms.
