Kyoto Garden Palace

I stayed in a smoking Deluxe Single Room. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, and I had a very comfortable stay.I accidentally left something behind, but they kindly assisted me over the phone, and this is a wonderful Hotel with a high level of satisfaction in every aspect. Whenever I visit Kyoto, I will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for taking care of us during our stay.Thank you for upgrading our Room.We also stayed here once about five years ago.At that time, we had the Western-style dinner, and it was delicious.This time, we had the Japanese-style breakfast, but the portion felt a little small for a man.Having something sweet would make female guests happy.The entire Hotel was kept clean and comfortable.The air conditioner cannot be finely adjusted and has only three settings.Even on the lowest setting it felt cold for us, but given the season, we understand it can be difficult to manage, so we think it can’t be helped.There is a convenience store nearby and access to the city is good.The Accommodation Fee is reasonable as well—overall, it’s a very good Hotel.
