Our Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 In accordance with the current situation regarding COVID-19 and in line with guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and other public authorities, our Hotel is implementing the following measures to help prevent the spread of infection both inside and outside our facilities, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and employees. 1. Requests for Guests 【1】When entering the Hotel, please wear a mask and cooperate with alcohol sanitization and temperature screening. 【2】If you have a fever or are feeling unwell, please refrain from using our facilities. 【3】Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands before meals. 【4】Until the situation is resolved, we have simplified certain services (including check-in, check-out, and dining services) as much as possible in order to reduce opportunities for close contact with staff. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact the front desk or a staff member. 2. Measures Implemented by Employees 【1】All employees are required to take their temperature when reporting to work. 【2】Any employee with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or who feels unwell must report it to the company and remain at home. 【3】Employees thoroughly practice careful handwashing, gargling, and alcohol-based hand sanitization. 【4】Wearing a mask while on duty is mandatory. We will continue to prioritize the safety of our guests and employees while taking all necessary measures in response to changing circumstances.
