Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 At our Hotel, in accordance with guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and other government agencies, we are taking the following measures to help prevent the spread of infection inside and outside the Hotel and to protect the health and safety of our guests and employees. 1. Requests for Guests 　[1] When entering the Hotel, please wear a mask and cooperate with alcohol sanitization and temperature screening. 　[2] If you have a fever or feel unwell, please refrain from using the facilities. 　[3] Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands before meals. 　[4] Until the situation is resolved, we have simplified some services (including check-in, check-out, and dining services) as much as possible to reduce contact with staff. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact the front desk or a staff member. 2. Measures Implemented for Employees 　[1] We thoroughly conduct temperature checks when employees arrive at work. 　[2] Any employee with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or who feels unwell must report it to the company and remain at home. 　[3] We strictly enforce thorough handwashing, gargling, and alcohol-based hand sanitization. 　[4] Wearing a mask while on duty is mandatory. We will continue to prioritize safety for our guests and employees by closely monitoring conditions and implementing necessary measures accordingly.
