    Spacious 4LDK private villa—Showakan is ideal for families and small groups.
    We’ve launched a campaign where infants stay free!
    Up to 6 guests including infants can stay.

    *This campaign may end without notice, so please make your Reservation early.
    Available every day (except closed days), including Saturdays, through next year’s Golden Week!

    Enjoy Kusatsu’s “Watano-yu” source Onsen in your room with continuous free-flowing water.
    This spring is supplied only to the Kusatsu Shirane villa area where Showakan is located and to a limited number of Onsen Accommodations in Kusatsu.
    Its name comes from its “silky, cotton-wrapped” feel on the skin.
    You can also adjust the water volume and open the window to control the temperature—please try different settings and enjoy being your own bath steward.


    Check-in is at Nagataya Main Building. If you are arriving by car, please come there first. We will guide you and hand over the key. The route is a bit complex, so we can lead you if requested. (About 7 minutes by car.)
    If you are arriving by bus, Shuttle Service is available only from Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal. Please call us when you arrive. Letting us know in advance (such as at the time of Reservation) would be appreciated. We will also pick you up at Showakan for your return trip.
    Futons are provided; bedding setup is self-service.
    A refrigerator and IH cooktop are available, so self-catering is possible. Please bring or purchase your own ingredients, including seasonings.


    This Accommodation is located in a quiet villa neighborhood with permanent residents nearby. In the past, we have received complaints due to loud behavior inside or outside the property. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to leave even during your stay; please understand this in advance. In such cases, no refund of accommodation fees will be provided.
    In particular, after 9:00 PM please keep noise to a minimum and enjoy your stay responsibly.

By installing our dedicated app on your smartphone (instructions provided at check-in), you can check the bath’s availability from your Room. When using the bath, please be sure to lock the door securely. The changing area has a washbasin, and the bath includes a washing area (shower). Enjoy Kusatsu’s Bandai-kō hot spring source with 100% free-flowing water (no added water).
