You can fully enjoy the onsen with water directly from the source, and in winter, you can experience a snow-viewing bath. The Japanese-style room with a spacious veranda is equipped with two single beds, and for three guests, the sofa bed is utilized. Meals are served as a Japanese, Western, and Chinese buffet featuring seasonal dishes, seafood, and mountain delicacies, with unlimited alcoholic and soft drinks.

    In these times of rising prices, I truly appreciated the excellent service at such a reasonable rate. It was a wonderful Hotel. The Onsen was outstanding—I could tell it was silky-smooth and acidic. Kusatsu is amazing. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

  • The Onsen was excellent.

    Although the Facility was old, it was very clean and comfortable. The futon bedding was also nice and fluffy!The all-you-can-eat Italian fair had mediocre pasta, but the carpaccio and gelato were delicious.It was convenient that the Room key was a PIN code. However, perhaps due to poor fitting, there were several times when I thought I had closed the door but it wasn’t fully shut, so I’m deducting one point for that.Everyone—at the front desk and housekeeping—was very kind and helpful.I’d love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
