    This was my second stay.When I called in advance to ask about setting up an oxygen concentrator, the staff responded very kindly and courteously, which made me feel at ease about my visit.On the day, they thoughtfully arranged a first-floor Room for me, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail.The Room itself was spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably throughout my stay.Thanks to their warm hospitality, it was a wonderful stay.I would definitely like to stay here again.

  • It was very good.

    My Room was upgraded, so it was more spacious. It was very clean. There is no large public bath, but the bathtub in the Room was big, and I really enjoyed bathing.The front desk staff also made a great impression, and I had a very pleasant stay.At checkout, I noticed that a staff member cleaning another Room seemed to be a foreigner and did not bow or greet me, which concerned me slightly.The manga volumes were also neatly organized and clean, so I was able to borrow them comfortably.
