Hotel Square Fuji Gotemba

This was my second stay.When I called in advance to ask about setting up an oxygen concentrator, the staff responded very kindly and courteously, which made me feel at ease about my visit.On the day, they thoughtfully arranged a first-floor Room for me, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail.The Room itself was spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably throughout my stay.Thanks to their warm hospitality, it was a wonderful stay.I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. When I made the Reservation, the price difference between a Standard Twin Room and a Superior Twin Room was less than 1,000 yen, so I booked the larger Superior Twin Room with a jet bath. Check-in was in person, while check-out was handled via an automated machine. The Room prepared for me was a Superior Twin (with jet bath and sauna), with a separate toilet, microwave, water dispenser, sofa, and free in-room Wi-Fi—excellent Facilities all around. It was also very quiet with no outside noise on the day I stayed, which made it very comfortable. For breakfast, I had an English muffin set in a private room at the first-floor venue. The ham seemed carefully selected, and the fried egg was cooked just right—everything was delicious. There are also two standard EV charging stations available, which should be reassuring for electric vehicle owners. I had a very comfortable stay—thank you very much.
