1) Buffet: Dinner time will be 안내 at check-in on the day of arrival. If you have a preferred time, please be sure to call us (046-889-8911). If we do not receive your request by phone, dinner may be scheduled for 8:00 PM or later during busy periods. Please do not write requests in the Reservation form or by email.

2) How to select for children: For ages 3 to preschool, please select “Meals included / Bedding included” (for no-meal Plans, select “No meals / Bedding included”). Only children aged 2 and under should select “No meals / No bedding.”
If you select “No meals / No bedding” for a child aged 3 to preschool, you will be charged the difference on the day.

3) If you choose a Plan with dinner and will arrive in a wheelchair, please contact us in advance so we can arrange seating.

4) Cancellation Policy
* Regular season: Up to 6 days prior: Free; 5 days prior: 20% of the accommodation fee; 4–2 days prior: 30%; Day before: 50%; Same day / No-show without notice: 100%.
* However, during peak seasons designated by this Hotel (Golden Week, summer season, winter holidays/New Year’s period, cherry blossom season, spring break, etc.), and year-round for groups of 10–29 guests, the policy is as follows:
Up to 15 days prior: Free; 14 days prior: 10% of the accommodation fee; 13–7 days prior: 20%; 6–5 days prior:30%;4–2daysprior50%;Daybefore80%;Same day/No-show without notice100%
