Located in "Mamanomori" on the northern shore of Lake Yamanaka, this tranquil property offers a breathtaking view of majestic Mount Fuji and the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy various outdoor sports such as activity sports and cycling at Lake Yamanaka while experiencing the natural surroundings. Meals are prepared by our head chef, featuring a fusion of Japanese and Western styles using seasonal ingredients. Another highlight is the large bath where you can relax while gazing at Mount Fuji.
We stayed in mid-April 2026. The meals were very satisfying, with a wide variety of dishes and generous portions. For wine, there were several half-bottle options, which we appreciated since a full bottle is too much for us to finish. Many of the staff were from overseas, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and even recommended spots with great views of Mt. Fuji. It’s hard to deny that the building and Facility are old. Those who want to relax without leaving the Accommodation may find it lacking, but for us—just eating, taking a bath, and sleeping—it felt like excellent value for money.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 4/21/2026I initially chose this accommodation based on budget and read reviews after making the reservation. The view from the room and bath is not great. If you want to see Mt. Fuji or a lake, other accommodations might be better. However, everything was very clean, including the large public bath. Even the dryer vents were free of dust. The meals were excellent—everything was so delicious that I ended up enjoying more drinks than usual. The staff members were foreigners but spoke Japanese fluently, so there were no issues at all. It was an accommodation I would love to visit again!
