About Cleaning During a Multiple Night Stay (Ethical Cleaning)
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of VIA INN Hotels.
At our Hotel, cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay will be provided once every three nights.
At VIA INN Hotels, we work together with our guests to reduce CO2 emissions by lowering the energy used for cleaning and laundry services.
If you prefer daily cleaning, please feel free to request it.
[Ethical Cleaning]
- Cleaning is provided once every three nights.
- On days without cleaning, towels will be placed outside your door.
- If you would like cleaning on a non-cleaning day, please inform the front desk by the day before. Cleaning will be carried out between 9:00 and 15:00.
By reducing cleaning frequency, we can save more than 20 liters of water per room.

1) Amenities
■ We use environmentally friendly materials.
■ From “everything for everyone” to “only what you need”
We no longer place amenities in guest rooms; instead, guests may take only what they need in the amount they need. Thanks to your cooperation, we have reduced plastic waste by approximately 6 tons per year.
■ From “disposable” to “recycling”
Our toothbrushes and hairbrushes are made from recyclable materials.
2) Energy Saving & Water Conservation Efforts
■ We use showerheads with water-saving features.
■ LED lighting is used throughout the Hotel.
3) Green Card / Ethical Cleaning (Kanazawa from 2024/10/1)
■ We are working to reduce CO2 emissions by lowering the energy used for cleaning and laundry services. By reducing linen washing, we can save more than 20 liters of water per room.
