Your accommodation fee includes a dog-sitting service for your beloved dog, convenient for sightseeing, dining, or errands.
During your stay, you may use the dog-sitting service at the pet salon on the 1st floor of the Hotel free of charge during the hours listed below. (An additional fee applies for the Simple Stay (No Sitting) Plan.)
Feel free to use this service when dining out or visiting attractions where dogs are not allowed, according to your needs. We will look after your dog with care, based on their condition and personality.

Check-out day: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
During a Multiple Night Stay (in-between days): 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
*Outside the above hours, and for a second dog or more, we can provide sitting for JPY 330 per 30 minutes.
In addition, whether you need simple care such as “Their nails have gotten long!” or “I’d like a partial trim!”, up to a full grooming course, our salon will be happy to provide these services at special guest-only rates.
