    Although I checked in late, the staff assisted me courteously. It was my first stay at a Route Inn Hotel, and it was a good experience—the Business Hotel breakfast was delicious.

    I stayed here on a trip right after the New Year holidays. The accommodation rate was relatively affordable, and the Room was clean and comfortable. There is also a large public bath with natural Onsen, and the staff were courteous. Breakfast was quite good as well. For a Business Hotel, I’d say it ranks among the better options. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if there were an open-air bath in addition to the large public bath. It’s a shame there isn’t one. Since you operate many locations across The whole country, I hope more Route Inns will add open-air baths in the future. Still, I was very satisfied overall during my stay. I’m planning to travel to Shimane Prefecture this summer, so this time I made a Reservation at Route Inn Higashi-Matsue. Thank you again in advance.
