A deep bath with a water depth of 1.2 m is also available. The water pressure provides a strong massage effect, allowing you to bathe in a standing position. Hours: 15:00–25:00 / Sunrise–10:00 Scenic open-air bath with natural spring water overlooking Higashiyama Open-air bath with natural spring water, softly illuminated *The men’s and women’s baths alternate daily between Yasaka-no-Yu and Garden-no-Yu. *For safety reasons, use is not permitted for preschool children or guests under 140 cm in height.

The magical Kyoto-style kaiseki breakfast bento “Koto no Tamatebako” will be handed to you in the 9th-floor lobby. Please enjoy it in your Room or on the rooftop Soraniwa Terrace (please note that it cannot be eaten inside the restaurant). *For breakfast, we are unable to accommodate requests regarding allergies or disliked ingredients. [Soraniwa Terrace Kyoto: Infection Prevention Measures] 1. Mask use when commuting We provide masks to all employees and require them to wear them when commuting to and from work. 2. Temperature and health checks upon arrival Thermometers are installed in the staff room, and we ensure temperature checks and hand sanitizing. Any employee with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or who is feeling unwell, will be asked to stay home until they have recovered and sufficient time has passed. 3. Personal hygiene management during work Employees are required to wash hands frequently, sanitize hands, and gargle. After entering/leaving the office or using restrooms, employees must wash hands, gargle, and sanitize multiple times per day. 4. System for managing unwell employees We have established guidelines for actions to take when feeling unwell and have introduced a system to monitor employee health conditions. 5. Disinfection procedures We regularly wipe down with alcohol-based disinfectant areas that guests frequently touch, including guest rooms, doorknobs, remote controls, chairs and tables, the front desk counter, pens used at check-in, elevator buttons, and more.
