The Room, Onsen, and service were all excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay.Just one thing: the welcome drink was served on the rooftop terrace, which was a wonderful service. However, it was simply too hot during summer, so we would be even happier if it could also be offered in an indoor space.
inari170 7/23/2026Kyoto in summer is extremely hot and quite humid, so you can get worn out quickly.Stopping by a cafe to cool down is nice, but having a Hotel Room that feels like home makes things far more comfortable. With easy access from the city bus and Hankyu Kawaramachi-Shijo Station, it was wonderful to take a break between sightseeing and cool off in a chilled Room during our strolls.Another great service is being able to head straight to the Onsen empty-handed and rinse off the sweat.Everything in the Hotel was spotless, and we were able to relax comfortably as if we were at home.

The "Sora Niwa Terrace" offers aerial views of the Kamo River and Higashiyama, while the open-air bath on the top floor provides an extraordinary experience. As a new tourist hub in Kyoto, we add color to your journey.

Please proceed to the top floor for check-in.

Sky Garden Terrace
Rooftop Lounge "Soraniwa Terrace" Relax your tired feet from exploring Kyoto with our footbath, "Rei." In the evening, enjoy a welcome drink service, and at night, the space transforms into BAR TIME for your enjoyment.

Sky Open-Air Bath
On the top floor, we offer two spectacular Onsen bathhouses with breathtaking views of Higashiyama: "Yasaka no Yu," an open-air bath featuring natural Onsen water from our private source, and "Niwa no Yu," bathed in soft light. These two bathhouses alternate daily between men and women. Both bathhouses are equipped with a deep bath and a silky jacuzzi bath. The deep bath, with a water depth of 1.2 meters, allows you to bathe while standing, providing a full-body massage effect through water pressure. The silky jacuzzi bath generates microbubbles in a milky white Onsen, which penetrate deep into pores to remove excess sebum and impurities. Known as a "beauty Onsen," it leaves your skin smooth, hydrated, and less prone to cooling, making it especially popular among women.

Experience the charm and elegance of Kyoto with a comfortable and relaxing stay, immersing yourself in the essence of the city.

Indulge in the traditional culinary culture of Kyoto that has been cherished for generations.
