  • It already feels like our own vacation home.

    It’s already been four years since we started making an annual trip from Nagoya to Hokkaido for the Fighters’ final game at ES CON FIELD. Three years ago, due to an accident at the Hotel we had reserved (no hot water throughout the building), we had to move suddenly and ended up staying here. Even though it was a last-minute check-in at 10:00 p.m., when we explained the situation, the staff kindly said, “That must be difficult,” and took great care of us. Since then, we’ve stayed here every year.It’s truly convenient, and the property is clean and filled with warm consideration—hospitality that makes us feel like we don’t need any other getaway.The only minor drawback is that the Room is a bit small, but the price is very reasonable, which really helps.Since we don’t eat much breakfast, we buy sandwiches in advance and enjoy them in the lounge the next morning with delicious freshly brewed coffee—relaxed and unhurried. We plan to return every year from now on.

  • It was excellent.

    I decided to stay as I had to visit Eniwa unexpectedly and returning home at night would have been difficult. It was a simple, courteous, and well-serviced accommodation that left me satisfied.
