The breakfast buffet is very delicious, and the large public bath is also comfortable.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, and the abundance and deliciousness of the Japanese dishes were particularly surprising. Although the large public bath is not very big, it was comfortable to use. Overall, this is a highly recommended Stays.

Regarding the breakfast buffet, which you praised, our Japanese cuisine chef uses seasonal ingredients from Shinshu and offers a handmade menu daily in a buffet style, allowing guests on a Multiple Night Stay to enjoy a variety of dishes without getting bored. As for the complimentary evening service "Hiyori MY Dashi Chazuke," the chef uses a special dashi made from kelp and bonito, which is very popular among both domestic and international guests. The large public bath uses bath additives derived from "Shirahone Onsen," and as the name "Shirakaba no Yu" suggests, you can enjoy a milky white bath while gazing at the birch trees.
