Opened in April 2021! Our guest rooms include both double and twin options, making it ideal not only for business but also as a base for sightseeing in the Kansai area. On the 1st floor, the café restaurant "ESTUDIO" offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes, including specialty egg-over-rice made with carefully selected ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture and the Property's original soup curry. From 11:00 to 14:00, we serve special hamburgers made with 100% domestic beef patties and lunch plates. Hamburgers and drinks are also available for takeout. From 15:00 to 19:00, we provide complimentary drinks exclusively for guests. Just a 3-minute walk from JR Kobe Station, our location offers excellent access to anywhere you need to go! This is where my Kobe journey begins.

  • This is indeed a good Hotel.

    A vacancy opened up just before my stay, and I was able to stay for four nights.On one of those days, I enjoyed snacks and drinks in the lounge.Having a little something sweet around 3 p.m. really gives you a boost.Needless to say, the Room was very clean, and I think it’s a great Hotel.I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

  • It was comfortable.

    We stayed here to visit the Anpanman Museum as part of our child’s birthday celebration. It’s close to the station, and since it’s connected by a pedestrian bridge, we could get there smoothly even with a stroller. I only wished there had been regular iced tea as a welcome drink; otherwise, everything was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and we enjoyed trying different things. Our 2-year-old didn’t seem to find anything they liked and wouldn’t eat anything… At this point, even we as parents have no idea what they wanted to eat. The Room was a spacious corner room with views of Port Tower and the Ferris wheel, which made our child happy. The Room came with a ReFa hair dryer and shower head, and we were excited to try the latest equipment. We were also able to let our child watch YouTube in the Room, so they stayed in a good mood throughout. Thank you very much.
