・If your expected arrival time is delayed by more than 2 hours, please be sure to contact us. If we do not receive any notice, your room may be offered to other guests.
・For multiple night stays, unless otherwise requested, bed-making will be done using the same three bed linens (sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcase).
*If you wish to have the bed linens replaced, please contact the front desk directly by 11:00 AM.
*For hygiene reasons, stays are limited to a maximum of three consecutive nights without full cleaning. Full cleaning (including replacement of all bed linens) will be conducted every fourth night. Towels, yukata robes, toothbrushes, and razors will be provided in front of your door for the number of guests staying (excluding children sharing existing bedding).
・For preschool-aged children sharing existing bedding with an adult guest, one child per adult is free of charge (amenities are not included; if needed, please contact the front desk staff).
