    Thank you very much for letting us stay in such a spacious Room!We were able to spend our time in the Room feeling truly pampered.I was happy to receive a cold towel at check-in, and even though the front desk was busy, you assisted us right away.Everyone’s wonderful smiles warmed our hearts.We were able to relax deeply in the Onsen and felt our everyday fatigue melt away.Thank you very much!

  • I wish I could have stayed longer.

    This Hotel became a last-minute stay due to a typhoon, but I was completely satisfied in every way.Even though I arrived late, the front desk staff assisted me courteously, and I was able to relax and recover in the large public bath.The bed was very comfortable, and I was very satisfied with breakfast as well.Next time, I’d like to stay at a more leisurely pace.
