  • I'm glad you were able to relax.

    This was my first stay, and it was great being close to Takanawa Gateway Station. Being on a floor with views of many trains made for a truly special experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

    This was my first stay since Takanawa Gateway Station opened.It’s much closer than Shinagawa Station, which makes it very convenient.When I stayed at the opening, breakfast was a half-buffet where you could choose from several types of sandwiches. Now it has changed to a full buffet, but I felt the selection was a bit underwhelming. The sandwich option seemed more distinctive.The other Facilities and services were mostly the same as when it first opened, which was good.Now that the station has made access easier, I think offering some more unique services would help set it apart from other Hotels.
