Measures to Prevent COVID-19 Infection and Spread Tuesday, May 26, 2020 Thank you very much for your continued patronage. At Morioka Grand Hotel Annex, we are implementing the following measures to help prevent COVID-19 infection and spread, so that our guests can use the Hotel with peace of mind. [For Guests] Alcohol (ethanol) disinfectant is available in the main lobby, at banquet hall entrances, and in front of elevators. We ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands. Hand soap is provided in all restrooms throughout the building. We ask for your cooperation with handwashing and disinfection. All areas within the building will be ventilated regularly. At check-in, we will take guests’ temperatures. Unfortunately, guests with fever or cough symptoms may be asked to refrain from staying with us. During banquets, seating will be arranged with sufficient spacing between guests. During busy times at check-in/check-out, please keep an appropriate distance from others. In addition, notices and reminders will be posted throughout the building and inside venues. If a guest develops a fever or feels unwell while using the Hotel, please inform the front desk immediately. Depending on symptoms, we will respond accordingly (including guidance after consultation with a medical institution). [For Employees] Staff members who have a fever or feel unwell are prohibited from working and are instructed to visit a medical institution. Alcohol (ethanol) disinfectant is placed throughout employee-only areas for hand disinfection.
