Just a 2-minute walk from Matsumoto Station, adjacent to Matsumoto Bus Terminal, offering excellent accessibility! All Rooms are equipped with spacious flat desks and desk lamps, and there is also a Deluxe Twin Room accommodating up to 4 guests, making it ideal for both business and sightseeing. With large beds measuring 140 cm in Single Rooms and 160 cm in Double Rooms, you can relax comfortably. The complimentary Onsen bathing service at the group Hotel is also highly popular.

  • It was comfortable.

    It’s definitely not the newest Hotel, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. Personally, I appreciated that even though it’s a unit bath, there was plenty of space around the toilet and enough room to move comfortably to the bathtub. The location near Matsumoto Station was very convenient, and I was satisfied with the price range, so I’d like to stay again. There are only two evening bus services to the Onsen, but if you want to go out for drinks in Matsumoto at night you can’t use them at all, so I would have been happy if there were also one early-morning service.

  • We had a great time.

    Not only was it conveniently located near the station, but there were also many delightful services. First, the welcome drinks available until the hot summer evenings in Matsumoto were very soothing. The complimentary Shuttle Service at Shouhou was much appreciated, and the excellent Onsen washed away my travel fatigue, allowing me to have a wonderful time. The breakfast was also outstanding: it included Shinshu specialties and a wide variety of dishes, making it easy to enjoy many different items in small portions. I almost wished my departure had been later so I could have enjoyed it even more. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Exclusive to staying guests, you may use the large public bath at our group Hotel, “Utsukushigahara Onsen Shoho.”
    * Currently, the number of guests allowed to use this service via the free Shuttle Service is limited.
    * A ticket is required for bathing. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis after check-in (from 3:00 PM). Advance Reservation by phone or email is not available.
    * For guests on a Multiple Night Stay, applications are also accepted at the front counter on a first-come, first-served basis after 3:00 PM.

    ■Service Suspension Periods
    - Monday, October 19, 2026: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
    Due to weeding work in the garden area of the large public bath, it will not be available during the above hours.
