[Important Notice] Major Renovation Work
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Tokyu Stay Nihonbashi.
As outlined below, we will be conducting major renovation work at our hotel.
During the renovation period, there may be noise and paint odors.
We will proceed with the utmost care and appreciate your understanding.
■ Construction Period: First week of October 2026 – End of March 2027
■ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (scheduled)
* Please note that particularly loud noise and strong odors may occur on weekdays between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
■ Scope of Work: Surface/base repairs, sealing work, tile surface cleaning, painting, waterproofing, etc.
Scaffolding assembly and dismantling
* Workers will be passing outside the windows. During construction, please keep your curtains drawn and windows closed during your stay.
* For some guest rooms, a scaffolding base may be installed on the balcony.
* Mesh sheeting will cover the scaffolding around the entire building; therefore, views from your Room will be obstructed.
* We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
