  • A Hotel I’d Like to Stay at Again

    It had just been newly renovated, and all the Facilities were brand new. My three-day stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities provided on the first floor were very well stocked. All of the Hotel staff were kind and helpful. The only thing I’d like improved is that the bed was a bit firm, but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

  • It was very good!

    The location was very convenient, just outside the Hachijo Exit, with a convenience store nearby. There was a spacious public bath, which felt great, and I used it every day. When I asked the staff about places I wanted to visit, they kindly and carefully explained everything, and thanks to them I was able to reach my destination safely. Thank you very much.The only disappointing thing was the coin laundry. Even after a cycle had finished, someone left their laundry for a long time without picking it up, so I had to wait in the laundry room for over 30 minutes before I could use it. It was very unpleasant that some guests did not follow proper etiquette. There was a notice posted on the wall, but I don’t think they saw it. I would like you to place a more visible notice (for example, on the washer door).Other than that, the convenience and the staff’s courteous service were excellent, so I would like to stay again.
