  • The staff are always...

    The staff are always very helpful, and the Room is clean, so we have a comfortable stay every time. However, there are only two towels provided (a bath towel and a face towel). When guests go to the large public bath, many do not have an extra towel and come out still wet, which makes the floor very slippery. If possible, it would be very helpful to have one additional towel available for use in the bath area.
