  • Information on Cleaning Services for Multiple Night Stays (2 Nights or More)

    To operate our Hotel in an environmentally friendly manner, housekeeping during a Multiple Night Stay will be provided only upon request.
    If you would like housekeeping service, please place the “Housekeeping Request” magnet on the outside of your door by 9:00 a.m.
    *Please note that bed linens (including sheets) will not be changed.
    For hygiene reasons, cleaning including sheet changes will be carried out every 3 nights even if the “Housekeeping Request” magnet is not displayed.
    If you do not require cleaning but would like used towels and yukata collected, please place them in the APA BAG provided in your bathroom and leave it outside your door by 11:00 a.m.
    *Bath mats and yukata belts are not eligible for collection.
    If you would like replacements outside of the above hours, please contact the front desk separately.
    If you would like trash collected, please leave your trash bag outside your door between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and we will provide a new trash bag outside your door.
