    I stayed here when visiting Kobe for a concert at GLION Arena. It was very convenient and close to Sannomiya. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and left a great impression. I was able to refill drinking water for free, which helped me avoid heatstroke in the scorching Kobe heat.

    Great location. You can walk to the Hotel from the station along a main street, so it feels safe even when returning alone late at night. The Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful compared with other Hotels in the same price range (at cheaper Hotels, staff chatting among themselves or looking unhappy is not uncommon, but here the service was better than expected for the price). I would like to stay again.Overall, it was excellent value for money except that one of the two elevators smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
