Introduction of the Plan
This Plan includes breakfast at Sizzler. To help you spend time discovering, exploring, and enjoying new culture, our concept floor features themed Rooms—“BOOK,” “Video,” “Games,” and “JAPAN.” Enjoy your own extraordinary space. Guests staying on the concept floor may enjoy alcohol and board games freely during SHARE LOUNGE business hours from 12:00 noon on the day of check-in until 12:00 noon the following day. [SHARE LOUNGE] <Hours> 9:00–22:00 - We will explain how to use SHARE LOUNGE at check-in. - Please download the official SHARE LOUNGE app and reserve your seat in advance. Reservations can be made from 14 days before your visit up to 5 minutes prior. *If you do not make an advance Reservation, we may not be able to provide a seat on the day. A price will be displayed when you Reserve via the official SHARE LOUNGE app; however, if your Plan includes lounge access, no actual charge will apply. *Age verification may be conducted at the SHARE LOUNGE counter. - If you wish to use SHARE LOUNGE before check-in time, procedures are required; please come to the front desk first. <Child Sharing Existing Bedding Fees> Elementary school age: JPY 2,000 Preschool age: Free [Breakfast] In addition to a fresh salad buffet, we offer a rotating selection of Western-style hot dishes centered on grilled items. If you would like an additional bed, please contact the Hotel directly. (Examples) - Double Room (1 bed): For 2 or more children sharing existing bedding, an additional charge will apply for changing to a Twin Room. - Twin Room (2 beds): For 3 or more children sharing existing bedding, an extra bed fee (JPY 5,000/night) will apply. What a shame.
The food I ordered at breakfast never arrived, so I ended up not being able to eat it. Unacceptable. After checkout, I had my luggage shipped home from the Hotel. Even though it was essentially the same size as the luggage I had shipped from home to the Hotel, they charged me nearly 1,000 yen more without properly measuring it (even if it was a different carrier). When I called after returning home to confirm, the phone response was not what you would expect from a Hotel. It felt like they might keep any difference if the carrier measured it and found that the correct fee should have been lower than what I paid. That’s how their attitude came across on the phone. I stay at various hotels in Tokyo, but I never want to stay at this Hotel again. Hotel prices are rising everywhere, but I expect service that matches the price. I stayed here when this Hotel first opened and was very satisfied then, but now it is not a Hotel I can be satisfied with. I hope they will work to provide customer service like before.
