    I made a Reservation looking forward to the bath, but it was unfortunately out of order. However, thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, my Room was upgraded. I was very satisfied and enjoyed the spacious indoor bath.For breakfast, I had freshly baked bread, corn soup, and plenty of fresh vegetables—it was filling and became a wonderful travel memory. I would like this to be my first choice for my next stay in Sapporo.

    Even as Hotel prices in Sapporo are extremely high, I think it’s wonderful how much effort you put into keeping your rates reasonable.At the same time, the large public bath and lounge show outstanding hospitality.Considering the price, I have no complaints.I felt the service and facilities exceeded expectations for the cost.

    Due to ordinances of Hokkaido and Sapporo City, an Accommodation Tax will be introduced for stays from April 1, 2026.

    ■ Start Date of Taxation

    For stays from April 1, 2026
    *Even if you made a Reservation before April 1, 2026, the Accommodation Tax will apply to stays on or after April 1.

    ■ Accommodation Tax Amount

    The tax is charged based on the Accommodation Fee (excluding tax) per person per night.

    Less than JPY 20,000: JPY 300
    JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 400
    JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000

    ■ Payment Method

    The Accommodation Tax must be paid separately from the Accommodation Fee at the front desk at check-in.
    (Even if you have already paid in advance, the Accommodation Tax must be paid locally.)

    ■ Other Information

    - For some Plans that include airfare, the Accommodation Tax may be collected at the time of advance payment.
