Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

Both the location and the Room quality are excellent. It is quiet, and once you are in the Room you cannot hear the noise of the city, making it an ideal environment to relax and recover from fatigue. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and it is a comfortable Hotel. Most guests are international travelers, so it feels almost like being abroad. There is a convenience store on the first floor; it can get crowded, but it is very convenient.

I’m usually a deep sleeper and don’t normally wake up during the night, but I was woken by noise such as cheers and vibrations (a champagne call?) coming from a nearby club between around 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. Since the windows are not double-glazed, the soundproofing may be limited. Also, although the view is wonderful, the windows felt small, which seemed like a missed opportunity. I was also slightly disappointed that the TV remote didn’t include Amazon Prime or YouTube.However, the bathtub was spacious and the atmosphere was chic, which I liked. Many of the restaurant menu items seem designed with international guests in mind, and with many overseas visitors staying there, it feels almost like being abroad. You can also see Godzilla models and even a life-size Godzilla from the Hotel lounge, giving it an extraordinary vibe. This Accommodation is recommended for those who want a mini “overseas trip” feel and a slightly out-of-the-ordinary stay.
