[By JR] From Kagoshima-Chuo Station, take the streetcar bound for Kagoshima Station, get off at Izuro tram stop, then walk 3 minutes.

As part of our COVID-19 prevention efforts, we are thoroughly committed to avoiding the “Three Cs” (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) so that you can use our Accommodation with peace of mind. Disinfection and Hygiene Measures - All service staff wear masks (some staff also wear gloves). - Public areas are disinfected every three hours (elevators, restrooms, stair handrails, etc.). - Disinfectant is provided at the entrance, front desk, and lounge; guests are asked to sanitize upon arrival. - Social distancing is ensured (acrylic partitions installed at the front desk counter). Infection Prevention Measures During Dining / Avoiding the Three Cs - Seating is arranged with wider spacing than usual to ensure social distancing. (Admission may be limited as needed; depending on the time of day, waiting times may occur.) - Guests are asked to sanitize when entering the restaurant or lounge. - Buffet-style service has been suspended. Other - At check-in, we present “Requests for Your Stay” and conduct a health check. - Additional Facilities (karaoke, bar, massage) are closed.
