    The following items were listed in the Facility information, so I brought them from home, but they were actually provided at the amenity bar. I was very pleased, but it might be helpful to update the Facility information for future guests. × Comb/Brush × Bath Additives × Yukata × Lotion × Emulsion × Makeup Remover This time, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price, and I also appreciated the extension cord and extra towels provided in the Room. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Wakayama!

  • The Hotel offers excellent service.

    There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, but you can find cheaper parking options nearby. The staff at the front desk provide excellent service, comparable to that of a luxury hotel. Although listed as a Business Hotel on IKYU.com, the quality feels on par with higher-priced accommodations. The service is outstanding. Toothbrushes and other amenities can be taken from the shelf to the left of the front desk. There are two elevators available. The bed is very comfortable and suits me well. The TV is slightly small in size compared to many hotels that now offer larger TVs. Refrigerators vary by room type, and their cooling performance also differs. The air conditioning operates quietly, ensuring it does not disturb your sleep. I believe this is the best accommodation in Wakayama City!
