    I’m a returning guest, and every time I’m impressed by the excellent service from the front desk staff. Of course, the location is great, but I also love how clean everything is, including the Room, and how well maintained it feels down to every detail. I also like that each Room is categorized by its theme color. Thank you as always.

  • Very conveniently located near the station. The staff are all very kind.

    Four of us stayed together. From the phone call to Check Reservation, everyone was very kind, and the front desk staff were extremely courteous, which we really appreciated. At checkout, I couldn’t find where I had put the parking ticket no matter how much I looked, so I asked the front desk for help. They responded very kindly and even searched for it with me—I’m sorry for the trouble. Thank you very much. We were also very satisfied with breakfast. We parked in a partner parking lot as well, and it was easy to park there, which was great. From now on, when we go to Fukuoka, we’ll choose Mars Garden Hotel. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Thank you again.

3) Turn right at the first traffic light (Hie Shinbashi).
4) Turn right at the next traffic light (in front of the Government Office Building).
5) Go straight through the intersection at the end of the road (Hakataekihigashi signal).
6) Turn left into the first side street.
