At our hotel, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff, as well as public hygiene. We have strengthened disinfection and sanitization measures throughout the facility as outlined below.
These measures are implemented based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's guidelines for COVID-19 prevention in collaboration with health authorities and medical institutions since January, with further enhancements made as necessary.
【Facility & Staff Measures】
1. Staff Mask Usage & Health Management
- Masks and face shields are worn to prevent droplet transmission.
- Thorough handwashing, gargling, and sanitization practices are enforced.
- Daily temperature checks and health reporting are conducted (staff with fever are sent home to rest for two weeks after recovery).
2. Use of white gloves when handling guest luggage
3. Installation of acrylic boards at front desk counters to prevent droplet transmission
4. Placement of disinfectant solutions throughout the facility
- Disinfectants are available at various locations such as the front desk and restrooms for guest use.
- In addition to standard alcohol-based disinfectants, highly effective antiviral solutions are also used.

- Ozone sterilization is performed during cleaning to enhance air hygiene.
