  • Convenient Location

    The location was excellent, and it was very convenient to have free parking even though the Hotel is in the city center. I also appreciated being able to go out for drinks without worrying about the car, since it could stay parked at the Hotel.Even during Golden Week, the price was quite reasonable. With amenities like a large public bath and complimentary welcome ice cream, overall satisfaction was high.Laundry detergent was also provided free of charge in the laundry area, which showed thoughtful attention to detail.

  • The main building is recommended.

    Within walking distance of the Remote Island Terminal, with a large public bath, complimentary services such as coffee, pleasant and welcoming staff, and Shuttle Service—very satisfied. Since the large public bath and restaurant are in the main building, I personally recommend staying in the main building.

Okinawa Prefecture will introduce an “Accommodation Tax” for stays from Monday, February 1, 2027.

■ From February 1, 2027:
Applicable amount: 2% of the Accommodation Fee per person per night (excluding tax)
Maximum: JPY 2,000 per person per night

* Even if you have already paid your accommodation charges in advance (e.g., by prepaying with a credit card), payment of the Accommodation Tax is required separately.
* For online Reservations, please note that while consumption tax is included in the Accommodation Fee displayed on the screen, the Accommodation Tax is not included.
* Even if a Reservation was made before January 31, 2027, the Accommodation Tax will apply to stays from February 1 onward.
* The Accommodation Tax may be exempted for certain cases that meet specific conditions—such as educational or research activities including school trips, or community club activities associated with regional expansion of junior high school club activities—by submitting a certificate to the Accommodation.
* If there are any changes to tax laws after your Reservation is made, we will adjust the billed amount in accordance with the new tax system applicable on your stay date. Thank you for your understanding.

  • [Shuttle Service Bus: Changes to the Reservation Method]

    Shuttle Service Reservations, which were previously accepted by phone, have been changed to advance reservations via the online reservation form for use from July 2022 onward.

    Please access our Hotel’s official website > Access & Map, and complete the Reservation by entering the required information in the Shuttle Service reservation form.

    If you need to Change the Reservation or Cancel the Reservation after making a Reservation (e.g., due to a schedule change), please contact the Hotel.

    * Reservations must be made no later than 2 days before your boarding date.
    * Applications are limited to guests who have already completed their Accommodation Reservation.
    * This is a shared reservation form with Grandvrio Resort.

    - Cleaning day: If we do not have your key, we will enter the Room around 10:00 AM to clean.
    - Non-cleaning days: Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes will be placed in a bag and hung on your door handle.
