On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area for relaxing and enjoying meals, a tatami room facing an inner courtyard garden that can be enjoyed in every season, and a bathroom with a Goemon-style tub. On the second floor are both a Western-style bedroom with double beds and a Japanese-style bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. 2. As this is a private machiya townhouse rental, staff are not on-site at all times; however, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. In case of an emergency, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
3. This Accommodation is a renovated machiya that was originally used as a private residence. There are neighboring buildings and local residents live nearby, so please be especially considerate during your stay.
4. Depending on how the Facility is used, we may request improvements to the manner of use. If no improvement is observed, we may have no choice but to ask you to leave. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Details such as check-in procedures will be sent to you again after your Reservation.
6. This Accommodation is licensed under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for one night.
7. All items and equipment in the Facility may be used free of charge; however, some fittings are traditional or antique and may be fragile (including those used as interior décor). Please handle them with care.
8. If anything is damaged or malfunctions, please inform us without fail. For minor damage, we will cover repair costs; however, if we determine that the damage is significant and repairs will be costly, you may be required to pay the actual costs regardless of intent or negligence.
