In partnership with the local butcher Azumaya Meat Shop, we offer an assorted platter featuring mainly regional meats such as Koshu Wine Beef sirloin and rump, and Koshu Fujizakura Pork. Please enjoy these flavors unique to nature-rich Yamanashi at our BBQ.
