Nadaman Japanese-Style Soup and Additive-Free Onigiri Breakfast Set Made with Miyagi Rice
The soup is a Japanese-style potage created by Nadaman, a long-established Japanese restaurant founded in 1830. While honoring the natural flavors of the ingredients, it layers the umami of kombu and bonito over mashed potatoes for a smooth, mellow finish. Enjoy it either warm or chilled. Two rice balls per person are provided, made with Miyagi-grown Hitomebore rice—known for its glossy, pleasantly chewy texture—and Miyakogane glutinous rice. With careful attention to ingredients, seasoning, shaping, and additive-free preparation, the latest freezing technology preserves freshly cooked flavor. Simply heat in the microwave for an easy meal. Enjoy a peaceful morning as you take in views of Mt. Fuji.
