3. This Accommodation is a renovated traditional townhouse that was originally used as a private residence. There are neighboring buildings, and local residents live nearby. We kindly ask for your special consideration during your stay.
4. Depending on how the Facility is used, we may request improvements to the manner of use. If no improvement is observed, we may have to ask you to leave the property without refund in unavoidable circumstances; please understand in advance.
5. Details such as check-in instructions will be sent to you again after your Reservation is confirmed.
