1. As this is a historic wooden building, open flames are strictly prohibited and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
2. This is a private machiya rental, so staff are not on-site. An emergency contact number is registered on the dedicated mobile phone; please contact us in case of an emergency and we will respond promptly.
3. This Accommodation is a renovated traditional townhouse that was originally used as a private residence. There are neighboring buildings, and local residents live nearby. Please be especially considerate during your stay.
4. Depending on usage conditions, we may request improvements in how the Facility is used. If no improvement is observed, you may be asked to leave without refund.
5. Details such as check-in instructions will be sent to you after your Reservation.
6. This Accommodation is licensed under the Ryokan Business Act. Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for one night.
7. All items and equipment in the Facility are available free of charge; however, some fittings and furnishings use traditional or antique materials and may be fragile. Please handle with care.
8. If anything is damaged or malfunctions, please inform us immediately. Minor damage will be repaired at our expense; however, if we determine that the damage is significant and repair costs are substantial, you may be required to cover the actual costs regardless of intent or negligence.
