    Karuizawa 365 is a Vacation Rental offered as an entire Facility rental.
    As we are unable to provide the same level of service as a hotel concierge, we cannot accommodate requests such as adding options on the day of your stay.
    If you are looking for full Hotel-style services, this may not meet your expectations, so please make a Reservation only after understanding our service details.

    We will email you in advance with instructions for the check-in reception location, so please be sure to check your email.
    Check-in is conducted in person at a location slightly away from the Facility; we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    Please enjoy a “private villa-style” stay with exclusive use of our spacious 350-tsubo (approx. 1,157 m²) property in Karuizawa.
    After you Complete the Reservation, please be sure to read both the email we will send separately (with details on the Facility, how to use it, and amenities) and the information book placed in the living room.

    Due to local regulations in Karuizawa, outdoor activities are restricted after 9:00 PM. Please refrain from BBQs, bonfires, and similar activities after 9:00 PM.
    Please remember that you are staying in a quiet villa neighborhood and spend your evenings calmly and quietly.
