2. As this is a private machiya townhouse rental, staff are not on-site at all times; however, an emergency contact number is registered on a dedicated mobile phone. Please contact us in case of emergency and we will assist you promptly.
3. This Accommodation is a renovated machiya that was originally used as a private residence. There are neighboring buildings, and local residents live nearby. Please be especially considerate during your stay.
4. Depending on usage conditions, we may request improvements to how the Facility is used. If no improvement is observed, we may ask you to leave the Accommodation without notice. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Details such as check-in instructions will be sent to you again after your Reservation.
6. This Accommodation is licensed under the Ryokan Business Act (Japan). Amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, and shampoo are provided, so you can stay with peace of mind even for one night.
7. All items and equipment inside the Facility are available free of charge; however, some fittings and furnishings use traditional or antique materials and may be fragile. Please handle them with care.
