At the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake, an accommodation for one group per day where families can open their senses and enjoy living together.
Grand opened in the summer of 2024. A one-group-per-day Stays for families, where you can enjoy a full course of Italian cuisine by the chef and a lifestyle experience proposed by a dedicated concierge, together with your little ones. As you open the entrance and step inside, you are greeted by the forest of Yatsugatake, where wildlife thrives. Through the large glass windows that extend to the ceiling, life and nature blend seamlessly. No matter how many times you visit, enjoy a new and deeply immersive travel experience with your family.
There were two reasons we chose this Accommodation.First, it was my wife’s birthday, and we wanted to relax in a place surrounded by nature.Second, we have a six-month-old son, and it’s usually difficult to enjoy a leisurely meal when dining out. We wanted to savor delicious food as a family at our own pace, without worrying about others. In conclusion, staying at this Accommodation was truly amazing! The Room was very clean, and the large windows were striking, creating an open feeling that made us feel connected to nature. We were able to forget the noise of the city and genuinely relax. In the morning, soaking in the bath while listening to birdsong was incredibly soothing. For dinner, we could enjoy the chef’s delicious cuisine slowly in our Room. Both the food and the setting were wonderful—so much so that during dinner I thought, “I want to spend our son’s first birthday here too,” and I made a Reservation on the spot. The activity programs were also very appealing. On day one, we experienced harvesting vegetables in the owners’ farm plot. Being able to pick vegetables we don’t usually see or touch—and then have those freshly harvested vegetables used in that evening’s dinner—was a truly luxurious experience. We could also take home any unused vegetables as souvenirs. On day two, we tried making jam using vegetables from their garden. It’s rare to have a chance to make jam ourselves, and I was genuinely impressed when we poured freshly made jam over ice cream and tasted it. It was delicious, and we could take some home as well.Unlike typical Accommodations where you simply stay overnight, the owners welcomed us warmly and planned various experiences for us, giving us many chances to chat with them. By the time we left, it felt like visiting friends’ home.It was a wonderful Accommodation where our family could spend slow-paced yet special time together.
チビごり 7/13/2026We visited during the July long weekend with our two children, aged 9 and 5.As soon as we entered the Room, we were amazed by the view from the living room. That alone made the trip worthwhile.Everything in the Facility felt spotless, the view from the bath was wonderful, and there was also a washer-dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We could truly live here. The activities were also incredibly well organized, and our children had an amazing experience. We harvested vegetables together, made pasta using what we picked, and melted beeswax to make herbal lip balm. Our younger child especially loved getting to actually pound the meat, coat it in flour, dip it in egg, and cover it with breadcrumbs. There’s no way I could give anything other than a perfect 5. We would love to visit again.

Introduction of the Accommodation
An experiential auberge for rent, where families can live at the foot of Yatsugatake, is now OPEN.
Located on the outskirts of a tranquil village, surrounded by rich woodlands. From the living dining area, you can see countless views woven by the sky and forest. "Agri-tourism" is a form of leisure originating from Europe, where you can enjoy the nature, culture, and interaction with people of the region. While staying at the Stays, enjoy a rich experience of nature and food unique to the southern foothills of Yatsugatake with your family.

Dinner features Italian cuisine centered around organically grown vegetables, allowing you to savor the blessings of the land. The chef, who cultivates over 50 types of vegetables throughout the seasons in a field just a 3-minute walk from the Stays, crafts each dish to highlight the seasonal ingredients at their most delicious. As the Stays accommodates only one group per day, you can enjoy a relaxed and special travel experience, even with small children.

Like a journey where you decide only the destination and enjoy the encounters. At Agriturismo Yutaka, we offer you a time to enjoy the blessings of nature at that moment with all your senses. We guide guests to our private farm, where you can turn the vegetables you harvest together into dinner, or make tea and aroma goods with herbs picked from the garden, providing activities that connect to children's food education within the Accommodation Fee (*). Additionally, in winter, our dedicated concierge will propose activities such as a bonfire bar, miso-making, and hunting experiences, as if you were living on the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. *Some activities may incur additional costs.
