Enjoy a special luxury stay in a private whole-house rental with a sauna and pool, surrounded by the four seasons of Keihoku.

A private villa limited to one group per day, surrounded by the rich natural beauty of Keihoku, Kyoto. This spacious retreat of approximately 120㎡ features a guest room with a king-size bed, an irori hearth dining area, and full amenities including a sauna, pool, and open-air bath. The interiors are thoughtfully curated as well, with an original table crafted from rare Kitayama cedar and bespoke furniture created by an architect and a furniture workshop. For dining, we offer a BBQ featuring abundant local ingredients such as Keihoku vegetables, premium Japanese Black Wagyu from the long-established Tokiwa restaurant, and pesticide-free “Aigamo Rice.” Sharing this meal around the irori is a unique experience found only here. We also offer Anniversary Plans with champagne, cake, and a bouquet to beautifully celebrate special moments with your loved ones. In spring enjoy cherry blossoms; in autumn admire vibrant foliage—savor an extraordinary stay away from everyday life in this luxurious space that harmonizes with the surrounding satoyama landscape through every season.
