Introduction of the Plan
At your preferred time, in your preferred order. Enjoy a night that’s entirely yours—unhurried and uninterrupted.
For dinner, we will prepare a special meal by Hayama deli & restaurant GOOD STOCK. Created by Hidetoshi Murakami. He previously served as Executive Chef at DEAN & DELUCA and has long proposed cuisine that connects “food and everyday living.” What GOOD STOCK values is food that “naturally fits into everyday life.” Rather than flashiness or overpowering individuality, they bring out the best of each ingredient and pursue gentle flavors you’ll want to eat every day. Nostalgic somehow, and comforting even on your first bite—this “taste that feels like a memory” is what makes the restaurant so appealing. This time, we offer a deli-style dinner that embodies that philosophy as it is. Not a fully plated course served one dish at a time, but an assortment designed to let you enjoy many dishes in small portions. There’s no set order or fixed pairing—another feature is the freedom to enjoy it however you like, according to your mood and conversation. They also place importance on not making the food overly elaborate on purpose. So it blends naturally with your table at home and the way you spend your time. Without interrupting the moment or atmosphere for those who are eating—rather, gently enhancing it. That idea is built into every dish. GOOD STOCK’s food isn’t only for special occasions, but something that creates a slightly elevated moment as an extension of everyday life. Relaxed and easy to enjoy, yet deeply satisfying. Please savor this “just-right luxury” in the special setting of Kajitei.

About Payment
For "Online Credit Card Payment," an "authentication process" will be conducted at the time of reservation on this site. Receipts can be issued by yourself within the IKYU.com website.
Notice
- Delivery is not available on Wednesdays or during the year-end and New Year holidays. - If you have any food allergies, please consult us when making your Reservation. - You may bring your own beverages. If you would like a pairing, payment will be made separately on-site. - Payment is accepted in cash or by credit card. - Delivery will be made between 15:00 and 17:00. Please note that we cannot accommodate specific delivery times. Thank you for your understanding. - After delivery, please reheat the dishes as needed.
• Only the registered guest(s) included in the Reservation may enter the property. If our staff finds any discrepancy between the declared number of guests and the actual number, this will be treated as a breach of contract and you will be required to leave immediately. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and on all premises (including outdoor areas). If we determine that smoking has occurred—including cigarette butts, smoke odor, or any other evidence—a penalty fee of JPY 50,000 will be charged. (Discarding cigarette butts from portable ashtrays is also prohibited.) • Submission of a guest registry for all guests is mandatory (name, address, age, occupation, gender [optional], nationality). • The use of fireworks, candles, open flames, bonfires, or any other fire is prohibited (indoors and outdoors including the garden and road). • When going out or leaving the property, please lock all doors/windows, turn off lights, and switch off air conditioners and other appliances. Thank you for helping us conserve energy. • The wood-burning fireplace is available for an additional fee (please inquire). • The ethanol fireplace may be used free of charge. If you fail to comply with these house rules or terms of use, we will charge a penalty fee as well as repair/compensation costs (from a minimum of JPY 50,000). Depending on the situation, you may also be required to leave immediately.
